The invention relates to an encoder mounting structure suitable for an elevator traction machine. The encoder mounting structure comprises a traction machine body, a non-contact encoder, an inductionshaft and a transmission chain part. The traction machine body comprises a machine shell, a rotating shaft, a traction wheel, a rotor, a stator, a front bearing and a rear bearing. An assembling cavity is formed in the machine shell. The front bearing and the rear bearing are installed on the front side wall and the rear side wall of the machine shell respectively. The rotating shaft sequentiallypenetrates through the front bearing, the assembling cavity and the rear bearing. The stator and the rotor cooperatively drive the traction wheel and the rotating shaft to synchronously perform circumferential rotating motion. A third mounting hole is formed in the front side wall of the machine shell at a set distance from a first mounting hole. The non-contact encoder is arranged in the third mounting hole. The induction shaft transversely penetrates through the third mounting hole and is directly induced by the non-contact encoder. The transmission chain part is connected between the rotating shaft and the induction shaft so as to drive the induction shaft to synchronously rotate along with the rotating shaft.

    本发明涉及适用于电梯曳引机的编码器安装结构,包括曳引机主体、非接触式编码器、感应轴以及传动链部。曳引机主体包括有机壳、转轴、曳引轮、转子、定子、前置轴承以及后置轴承。在机壳内设置有一装配腔。前置轴承、后置轴承分别安装于机壳的前、后侧壁上。转轴依序穿过前置轴承、装配腔、后置轴承。定子、转子协同驱动曳引轮以及转轴同步地进行周向旋转运动。相距第一安装孔设定距离,在机壳的前侧壁上开设有第三安装孔。非接触式编码器内置于第三安装孔内。感应轴横穿于第三安装孔内,且其直接被非接触式编码器所感应。传动链部连接于转轴和感应轴之间,以带动感应轴跟随转轴同步地进行旋转运动。
