The invention discloses a novel elevator power failure emergency control rescue device, and particularly relates to the technical field of elevator safety. The device comprises a limiting shell, wherein an inner shell is sleeved with the limiting shell; grooves are arranged in the left side face and the right side face of the inner shell; a cavity is arranged in the front face of the inner shell;first bearings are connected to the upper surface and the lower surface of the inner wall of each groove in a clamped mode; first rotating shafts are sleeved with the first bearings; the two first rotating shafts are fixedly connected through the same threaded column; threaded cylinders are in threaded connection with the exteriors of the threaded columns; the opposite faces of the four threaded cylinders are fixedly connected to the left side face and the right side face of the inner wall of the same limiting shell through four fixed blocks correspondingly. By arranging chains, rope discs, clamping rods, gear rings, the limiting shell, the inner shell, a cover plate, a rotating handle, the threaded columns and the threaded cylinders, the device can be automatically locked when the inner shell rapidly falls down, the inner shell can be manually controlled to be in butt joint with a platform, and the potential safety hazards are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新型电梯停电应急控制救援装置,具体涉及电梯安全技术领域,包括限位壳,所述限位壳内套接有内壳,所述内壳的左右两侧面均开设有凹槽,所述内壳的正面开设有空腔,所述凹槽内壁的上表面和下表面均卡接有第一轴承,所述第一轴承内套接有第一转轴,两个所述第一转轴之间通过同一个螺纹柱固定连接,所述螺纹柱外螺纹连接有螺纹筒,四个所述螺纹筒的相背面分别通过四个固定块与同一个限位壳内壁的左右两侧面固定连接。本发明通过设置锁链、绳盘、卡杆、内齿圈、限位壳、内壳、盖板、转把、螺纹柱和螺纹筒,使得本装置可以在内壳快速下落时自动进行锁死,并且可以手动控制内壳与平台对接,降低了安全隐患。
