The invention provides a surfboard, and relates to the field of surfing equipment. The surfboard comprises a board body and two side boards. The two side boards are oppositely arranged in the preset direction of the board body, and a sliding channel located at the bottom of the board body is formed between the two side boards. In the process of using the surfboard, the surfboard can enter the sliding channel from the sliding direction, an air layer is formed in the sliding channel, and therefore the surfboard has good resistance reduction and stable keeping performance. Due to the arrangement of the side boards, the additional mass inertia moment of the surfboard is increased, the rolling damping of the surfboard is increased, the risk of rolling of the surfboard is reduced, and the wave resistance of the surfboard in stormy waves is higher.
