The invention discloses a hybrid active discharge circuit and a control method thereof. The hybrid active discharge circuit comprises a controller and a high-voltage power battery, the high-voltage power battery is connected with a high-voltage inverter and a high-voltage DC/DC through a direct-current bus, the high-voltage DC/DC is connected with a low-voltage battery, and a high-voltage capacitor is connected between a positive bus and a negative bus of the direct-current bus; and the high-voltage inverter is connected with a high-voltage alternating-current load, the low-voltage battery isconnected with a low-voltage battery load, and a discharging branch is arranged at the input end, connected with the direct-current bus, of the high-voltage DC/DC. In the early stage of discharging, the high-voltage capacitor charges the low-voltage battery through the high-voltage DC/DC; in the later period of discharging, the high-voltage capacitor discharges through a discharging branch; and one part of discharge electric energy is transmitted to the low-voltage battery, one part of the discharge electric energy is consumed in the HVDCDC converter, and the other part of the discharge electric energy is consumed on a miniaturized power discharge resistor. The hybrid active discharge circuit has the advantages of being high in discharge speed, small in power discharge resistor size, low in cost, easy to control and high in reliability.

    本发明公开了混合主动放电电路及其控制方法,其中混合主动放电电路包括控制器和高压动力电池,高压动力电池通过直流母线分别连接高压逆变器、高压DC/DC,所述高压DC/DC连接低压电池,所述直流母线的正负母线之间连接高压电容,所述高压逆变器连接高压交流负载,所述低压电池连接低压电池负载,所述高压DC/DC的连接所述直流母线的输入端设有放电支路;放电前期,所述高压电容通过高压DC/DC向低压电池充电;放电后期,所述高压电容通过放电支路进行放电;放电电能一部分传输给低压电池、一部分消耗在HVDCDC变换器中,另一部分消耗在小型化的功率放电电阻上,具有放电速度快、功率放电电阻尺寸小、成本低、易控制及可靠性高的优点。
