The invention discloses an urban road risk grading system and method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, wherein the system comprises a plurality of video collection modules, each video collection module is in one-way connection with a video transmission device, each video transmission device is in one-way connection with a video processing module, and the video processing module is in one-way connection with a risk grading module; and the risk grading module is in bidirectional connection with a data storage module and is in one-way connection with an information matching module, the information matching module is in one-way connection with a driving reminding module, and a data downloading module is in one-way connection with the data storage module. The system is simple in structure, multiple factors influencing traffic risks are obtained through the video acquisition module and the data downloading module, the multiple factors are comprehensively evaluated through the risk grading module by using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, road risk grade information is obtained, and the problems that risk grading consideration factors are single, the risk degree is difficultto quantize, the information utilization effect is poor and post-processing is insufficient are solved; and the method is simple and high in accuracy.

    本发明公开一种基于模糊综合评价的城市道路风险分级系统及方法,该系统包括多个视频采集模块,每个视频采集模块单向连接一个视频传输设备,每个视频传输设备单向连接视频处理模块,视频处理模块单向连接风险分级模块,风险分级模块双向连接数据储存模块,风险分级模块单向连接信息匹配模块,信息匹配模块单向连接驾驶提醒模块,数据下载模块单向连接数据存储模块;该系统结构简单,利用视频采集模块、数据下载模块获取了影响交通风险的多种因素,通过风险分级模块使用模糊综合评价法对多种因素进行综合评价,获得道路风险等级信息,解决了风险分级考虑因素单一,风险程度难以量化,信息利用效果差,后处理不足的问题;其方法简单,准确性高。
