The invention discloses a shock absorber upper support which is provided with a channel for a piston rod of the shock absorber to penetrate through, the shock absorber upper support comprises a support, an elastic supporting piece which is located on the inner side of the support and directly or indirectly abuts against the support in the lateral direction, and an end cover which is at least partially matched with the upper end of the support and directly or indirectly abuts against the elastic supporting piece in a pressing mode; and the end cover is adjustably matched with the upper end of the support, so that the compression amount of the elastic supporting piece can be adjusted by adjusting the end cover. The invention further discloses a manufacturing method of the shock absorber upper support. According to the adjustable shock absorber upper support, modular design is adopted, local parts can be adjusted according to the performance requirements of different vehicle types, and therefore other parts can be used continuously.

    本发明公开一种减震器上支撑,其设有供减震器的活塞杆穿过的通道,减震器上支撑包括支架、位于支架内侧且与支架直接或间接地侧向相抵接的弹性支撑件、和至少部分与支架的上端相配合且直接或间接地压抵弹性支撑件的端盖,其中,端盖与支架的上端可调节地相配合,使得通过调节端盖能够调节弹性支撑件的压缩量。本发明还公开一种减震器上支撑的制造方法。根据本发明的可调式减震器上支撑采用了模块化设计,其能够根据不同车型的性能需要,调节局部零部件,而实现其他零部件的沿用。
