The invention discloses a large-span steel structure on-site hoisting and mounting device. The large-span steel structure on-site hoisting and mounting device comprises pile foundations, a guide rail,a truss and hoisting mechanisms. The large-span steel structure on-site hoisting and mounting device further comprises first reinforcing mechanisms, second reinforcing mechanisms, dust falling mechanisms, lighting lamp strips and a protective mechanism. The first reinforcing mechanisms are located at the left end and the right end of the guide rail and used for reinforcing the guide rail. The second reinforcing mechanisms are located on the front side and the rear side of the truss and used for reinforcing the truss. The dust falling mechanisms are connected with the second reinforcing mechanisms and used for falling dust. The lighting lamp strips are located on the truss and the dust falling mechanisms and used for lighting. The protective mechanism is located between the adjacent pile foundations. Due to the arrangement of the reinforcing mechanisms, the guide rail and the truss can be firm and stable when crossing a large-span space, and large-span operation of steel structure hoisting and mounting is conveniently achieved; due to the arrangement of the dust falling mechanisms, multi-angle and multi-direction dust falling can be conducted on a construction site conveniently, the dust falling effect is good, and environment can be protected; due to the arrangement of a protective net between the pile foundations, the construction safety can be improved, and meanwhile, the dustproof effect can be achieved; and due to the arrangement of the lighting lamp strips, construction is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种大跨度钢结构现场起吊安装装置,包括桩基、导轨、与桁架和起吊机构,还包括位于导轨的左右两端且用于加固导轨的第一加固机构、位于桁架的前后两侧且用于加固桁架的第二加固机构、与第二加固机构连接且用于降尘的降尘机构、位于桁架上和降尘机构上且用于照明的照明灯带、位于左右相邻两个基桩之间的防护机构,本发明加固机构的设置,便于使导轨和桁架在跨越大跨度空间时牢固稳定,实现钢结构起吊安装的大跨度操作,降尘机构的设置,便于在施工现场实行多角度和多方位的降尘,降尘效果好,有助于保护环境,桩基之间的防护网的设置,既可以提高施工的安全,同时又可以起到防尘的作用,照明灯带的设置,施工方便。
