The intelligent control system comprises an identifier, a controller, and a processor, wherein the identifier is used for extracting biological characteristics of passengers, the controller controls an elevator cage to move, the controller comprises a database and an intelligent learning module, the database stores taking information of the plurality of passengers, the taking information comprises biological characteristic information and intelligent list information associated with the biological characteristic information, the intelligent learning module is used for searching for passenger intelligent list information in the database, and defining information of the same floor recorded the most times in the intelligent list information as a target floor, the processor is connected with the identifier and the controller, compares the biological characteristics with the passenger biological characteristic information, and generates target passenger information when the biological characteristics are consistent with the passenger biological characteristic information, and the controller controls the elevatorcage to move to the target floor according to the target passenger information.
