The invention discloses a platform door design method based on vehicle model projection distribution, and a designed and manufactured high-speed rail platform door. The method comprises the steps: S1,acquiring the number of platforms of a station; S2, according to train scheduling information, obtaining all train information of a stop station, and classifying trains with the same train model information and grouping information into the same class; S3, aligning the initial positions of all types of trains, and projecting the position coordinates of all types of train doors to the same coordinate axis; S4, calculating the train door position proximity of all types of trains, and classifying the trains of which the proximity meets a preset requirement into a train category; and S5, distributing the trains to all stations of the station according to the train categories, wherein in the direction of the stations, movable doors are arranged at the corresponding positions of all the train door gathering areas, and fixed doors are arranged at the other positions. According to the invention, based on train classification and train door position clustering, the construction cost of the platform door system can be remarkably reduced, and the stability of the platform door system is improved.
本发明公开了基于车型投影分布的站台门设计方法及设计制造的高铁站台门,该方法包括步骤S1,获取车站的站台数量;步骤S2,根据列车调度信息获取停靠车站的所有趟列车信息,将车型信息与编组信息相同的列车归为相同类;步骤S3,所有类列车的起始位置对齐,将所有类列车车门的位置坐标投影至同一坐标轴;步骤S4,对所有类列车计算车门位置邻近度,将邻近度满足预设要求的列车类归为列车大类;步骤S5,按列车大类将列车分配至车站的各个站台,沿站台方向,各车门集合区对应位置为活动门,其余位置为固定门。基于列车分类和车门位置聚类,该方法能够显著降低站台门系统的建造成本,同时提升站台门系统的稳定性。
