The invention discloses a tail end buffer device for controlling the movement speed of a hydraulic actuator cylinder through oil damping. The tail end buffer device is simple in structure, reliable inwork and capable of better controlling throttling parameters. According to the technical scheme, a floating sleeve sleeved with a reset spring and a sleeve cup are axially assembled on a hollow piston connected with the rod end of a piston rod, the floating sleeve moves back and forth relative to the sleeve cup, a core rod passes through a pre-pressing spring and a spring seat cup, with an oil through groove, formed at the bottom end of the floating sleeve, and a left end cover and the piston rod form buffer cavity oil. The buffer cavity oil flows into a spring cavity between the floating sleeve and the sleeve cup. A buffering piston fixedly connects a T-shaped head on the core rod into a whole, at least two damping holes penetrating through the bottom of the buffering piston are formed in the end face of the buffering piston, and the conical face of the buffering piston is attached to the right-angle side of an inner hole of the left end cover under the action of the pre-pressing spring arranged on the core rod in a sleeving manner. At the moment, the buffer cavity oil can only flow to an oil return cavity, connected with a pipe nozzle A, of the left end cover through the dampingholes, and tail end buffer of the hydraulic actuator cylinder is achieved.

    本发明公开的一种油液阻尼控制液压作动筒运动速度的末端缓冲装置,结构简单,工作可靠,能够更好控制节流参数。本发明通过下述技术方案实现:活塞杆杆端相连的中空活塞轴向装配有套装了复位弹簧的浮动套筒和套杯,浮动套筒相对于套杯作往复移动,芯杆通过预压弹簧和浮动套筒底端上开有通油槽的弹簧座杯,左端盖与活塞杆形成缓冲腔油液,流进浮动套筒和套杯之间的弹簧腔室内;缓冲活塞将芯杆上的T形头固联为一体,缓冲活塞的端面至少两个贯穿缓冲活塞底部的阻尼孔,缓冲活塞在芯杆套装的预压弹簧作用下,缓冲活塞的锥面与左端盖的内孔直角边贴合,此时缓冲腔内油液只能通过过个阻尼孔流到左端盖上连接管嘴A的回油腔,实现液压作动筒末端缓冲。
