The invention discloses seabed surveying and mapping equipment which comprises a machine body and a drainage cavity formed in the machine body; a sliding cavity is formed in the position, in the machine body, of the bottom end of the drainage cavity; a transmission cavity is formed in the position, at the top end of the machine body, of the right side of the drainage cavity; a motor is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the right side of the machine body; a motor shaft is rotatably arranged in the motor; the left end of the motor shaft is fixedly connected with a first bevel gear; the firstbevel gear is engaged with a second bevel gear; the second bevel gear is fixedly connected to a first transmission shaft; the left side of the second bevel gear is engaged with a third bevel gear; and the third bevel gear is fixedly connected to the right end of a first rotating shaft. The seabed surveying and mapping equipment provided by the invention is simple in structure and convenient to operate, submarine topography can be automatically surveyed and mapped underwater, all procedures are matched with one another without being influenced, fish schools in front can be dispelled in the surveying and mapping process to prevent the equipment from being damaged, waste of manpower and material resources is effectively avoided, and thus the cost is greatly reduced.
