The invention provides a self-adaption control method for intelligently recognizing the quality of a power grid and a vehicle-mounted OBC power transmission framework. The self-adaption control methodcomprises the following steps: sampling electrical parameters of a preceding-stage PFC circuit in the vehicle-mounted OBC power transmission architecture connected with a power grid; calculating a voltage harmonic distortion rate THDU of the power grid according to the electrical parameters; and adjusting the output of the vehicle-mounted OBC power transmission architecture according to the voltage harmonic distortion rate THDU. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the quality of the power grid can be monitored in real time, the quality of the power grid is quantified by judging the harmonic content of the power grid, and then the output of the post-stage LLC circuit in the vehicle-mounted OBC power transmission architecture is adaptively adjusted according to the quantified value, so that the method adapts to the OBC of the vehicle-mounted charger.
