The invention discloses a straddle type monorail train horizontal rubber tire pressure on-line detection device, which comprises a pressure detection system, a signal processing system and a display and control system, and is characterized in that the pressure detection system comprises at least two pressure sensor assemblies; the pressure sensor assembly comprises a sensor pressing plate, a compression spring and pressure sensors, and the signal processing system is connected with the pressure sensors through wires so as to obtain pressure values detected by the pressure sensors and convert the pressure values into tire pressure. The display and control system comprises a computer and a vehicle number recognition device. According to the invention, pressure detection is carried out on theguide wheel and the stabilizing wheel, and after a signal processing system sends the signals to a computer of a display and control system, the position of a corresponding horizontal rubber tire iscalculated according to a vehicle number recognition record and a pressure data sequence of the pressure sensor assembly; and the guide wheels and the stabilizing wheels exceeding a set range value can be overhauled or replaced in time, so that the running safety of the straddle type monorail train is improved.

    本发明公开了一种跨座式单轨列车水平橡胶轮胎胎压在线检测装置,包括压力检测系统、信号处理系统和显示与控制系统,压力检测系统包括至少两个压力传感器组件;压力传感器组件包括传感器压板、压缩弹簧和压力传感器,信号处理系统通过导线与各压力传感器分别连接,以用于获得各压力传感器检测的压力值,进而换算成胎压;显示与控制系统包括计算机和车号识别装置。本发明通过对导向轮和稳定轮进行压力检测,在信号处理系统发送到显示与控制系统的计算机后,再通过车号识别记录和压力传感器组件的压力数据顺序推算出对应水平橡胶轮胎的位置,有利于及时检修或更换超出设定范围值的导向轮和稳定轮,从而提升跨座式单轨列车的行驶安全。
