The invention provides an efficiency calibration method and device for an electric drive system, and an electric vehicle, belonging to the field of motor calibration. The method is applied to the electric drive system. The electric drive system comprises an inverter, a motor and a speed reducer. The method comprises the steps that a plurality of alternating-current input currents corresponding toa first torque and a first rotating speed of the motor are determined based on the first torque and the first rotating speed, wherein each alternating-current input current corresponds to a direct-current input current; and then, the minimum value of the multiple direct-current input currents is determined as a target efficiency current, and an optimal efficiency table is generated, wherein the target efficiency current is used for minimizing the total loss of the electric drive system. According to the method, the electric drive system is integrally calibrated, higher efficiency is determinedon the premise of taking the total loss of the electric drive system into consideration, and the effect of improving the efficiency of the electric drive system is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种电驱系统效率标定方法、装置和电动汽车,涉及电机标定领域,该方法应用于电驱系统,该电驱系统包括:逆变器、电机和减速器;首先基于电机的第一转矩和第一转速,确定第一转矩和第一转速对应的若干个交流输入电流,其中,每个交流输入电流均对应一个直流输入电流,然后确定若干个直流输入电流中的最小值为目标效率电流,并生成效率最优表;其中,目标效率电流用于使电驱系统的总损耗最小。该方法对电驱系统进行整体标定,在考虑电驱系统总损耗的前提下确定了更高的效率,实现了提高电驱系统效率的效果。
