The invention discloses a control strategy enabling a cluster electric vehicle to participate in secondary frequency modulation. The control strategy comprises the following steps of: collecting the SOC of electric vehicles, and dividing the electric vehicles into an EVdc group in a V2G state and an EVc group in a charging state according to the SOC; respectively calculating controllable capacities of the two groups of electric vehicles; dividing frequency modulation signals into high-frequency signals and low-frequency signals, distributing the high-frequency signals to the electric vehicles,and distributing the low-frequency signals to a traditional unit; and allocating frequency modulation power to each electric vehicle according to the controllable capacities of the two groups of electric vehicles.
本发明公开了一种集群电动汽车参与二次调频控制策略,先采集电动汽车的SOC,根据SOC将电动汽车分为处于V2G状态的EVdc组和处于充电状态的EVc组;再分别计算两组电动汽车的可控容量;之后,将调频信号分为高频信号与低频信号,高频信号分配给电动汽车,低频信号分配给传统机组;最后,根据两组电动汽车的可控容量,对每辆电动汽车进行调频功率的分配。
