The invention provides a method for quickly recovering the performance of a vehicle fuel cell system, which comprises the following steps of: normally starting the fuel cell system, increasing a loaduntil the output current of a fuel cell stack reaches a rated current value, stopping supplying gas to a cathode inlet of the fuel cell stack until the single-chip voltage of the fuel cell stack reaches a first set voltage value, disconnecting the load, enabling the single-chip voltage of the fuel cell stack to reach a second set voltage value by utilizing an external discharge resistor, and recovering the supply of the gas to the cathode inlet of the fuel cell stack until the performance of the fuel cell stack is recovered. According to the invention, the temperature of the galvanic pile canbe increased, and meanwhile, the membrane electrode which is dried due to storage is wetted, so that the time for activating the galvanic pile to the optimal performance is greatly reduced.

    本发明提供了一种快速恢复车用燃料电池系统性能的方法,该方法包括:正常启动燃料电池系统,增加负载,直至燃料电池电堆的输出电流达到额定电流值,停止向燃料电池电堆的阴极入口供应气体,直至燃料电池电堆的单片电压达到第一设定电压值,断开负载,利用外部放电电阻使燃料电池电堆的单片电压达到第二设定电压值,恢复向燃料电池电堆的阴极入口供应气体,直至燃料电池电堆的性能恢复。本发明可以在提高电堆温度的同时也润湿了因储存而干燥的膜电极,极大的降低了电堆活化到最佳性能的时间。
