The method comprises the following steps: judging whether there is an unlicensed vehicle or not when a vehicle enters the parking lot; when no license plate exists, displaying the entrance two-dimensional code on an entrance screen; after the vehicle owner uses WeChat toscan the two-dimensional code, enabling the parking management platform to acquire WeChat openid of the vehicle owner according to a page request of the vehicle owner, creating an unlicensed vehicleorder, associating the openid, and allowing the entrance to pass; when the unlicensed vehicle leaves the exit, displaying the entrance two-dimensional code on an exit screen; enabling the vehicle owner to use WeChat to scan the two-dimensional code, enabling the vehicle management platform to obtain the WeChat openid of the vehicle owner according to the page request of the user, inquiring the parking order, calculating the parking fee according to the parking duration, and displaying the parking fee payment code on the exit screen; and performing vehicle owner payment completion exit release.According to the invention, the WeChat OpenID of the owner of the unlicensed vehicle is associated with the order, so that the parking order of the unlicensed vehicle is accurately created accordingto the openid of the user, and the problem of unlicensed vehicle access and charging of an unattended parking lot is solved.

    本发明公开了一种适用于无人停车场无牌车识别和收费的方法和系统,其中方法包括如下步骤:车辆进停车场时,判断有无牌车;无车牌时,将入口二维码显示在入口屏幕上;车主使用微信扫描二维码后,停车管理平台根据车主的页面请求获取到车主的微信openid,创建无牌车订单,关联openid,入口放行;无牌车出场时,将入口二维码显示在出口屏;车主使用微信扫描二维码,车管理平台根据用户的页面请求获取到车主的微信openid,查询停车订单,根据停车时长计算停车费用,将停车费支付码显示到出口屏幕上;车主缴费完成出口放行。本发明通过无牌车车主的微信OpenID与订单关联,实现根据用户openid准确创建无牌车的停车订单,解决无人值守停车场无牌车进出和收费。
