The adjustable building construction lifting device comprises asupporting plate and a placing plate, wherein the upper surface of the supporting plate is connected with a main motor and an auxiliary motor; the upper surface of the main motor is connected with amain output head; the upper surface of the main output head is connected with a main threaded column; the upper surface of the auxiliary motor is connected with an auxiliary output head; the upper surface of the auxiliary output head is connected with an auxiliary threaded column; the upper surfaces of the main threaded column and the auxiliary threaded column are connected with the placing plate;the upper surface of a main stabilizing column is connected with a main telescopic column; one end of the main telescopic column is connected with the upper surface of the main stabilizing column; the other end of the main telescopic column is connected with the lower surface of the placing plate; the upper surface of an auxiliary stabilizing column is connected with an auxiliary telescopic column; one end of the auxiliary telescopic column is connected with the upper surface of the auxiliary stabilizing column; and the other end of the auxiliary telescopic column is connected with the lowersurface of the placing plate. According to the adjustable building construction lifting device, the main motor drives the main output head to rotate, the main output head drives the main threaded column to ascend and descend, the auxiliary motor drives the auxiliary output head to rotate, the auxiliary output head drives the auxiliary threaded column to ascend and descend, and therefore, the height of the placing plate is controlled.
