The invention relates to the field of engineering machinery, and discloses a steel wire rope connecting structure, a steel wire rope stringing device, a stringing system and a stringing method.The steel wire rope connecting structure comprises a traction rope, a connecting piece and a steel wire rope to be installed, and the diameter of the steel wire rope to be installed is greater than that of the traction rope; the connecting piece comprises a first connecting part used for being connected with the traction rope and a second connecting part used for being connected with the steel wire ropeto be installed, the second connecting part comprises a flexible connecting sleeve, and the flexible connecting sleeve is arranged to be capable of being operated to expand and contract the inner diameter, so that the end of the steel wire rope to be installed can be sleeved with the flexible connecting sleeve in a pressed mode; and the first connecting part comprises an operating part connected to the second connecting part to operate the flexible connecting sleeve. According to the steel wire rope connecting structure, the traction rope and the to-be-installed steel wire rope can be conveniently connected through a connecting piece, so that the to-be-installed steel wire rope is connected after the lighter and convenient-to-operate traction rope is strung along a preset path, and the heavy to-be-installed steel wire rope is dragged reversely through the traction rope to complete rope stringing.
