The invention discloses a novel bridge crane. The novel bridge crane comprises an electric hoist, wherein the electric hoist is movably connected with an I-shaped beam; two groups of box-shaped beamsare arranged on the left side and the right side of the I-shaped beam; two groups of end beams are welded to the front sides and the rear sides of the two groups of box-shaped beams; the end beams onthe same side are connected through end beam connecting short joints; and two groups of rollers are fixedly mounted on two sides of each end beam. According to the novel bridge crane disclosed by theinvention, a first trolley, a second trolley and the electric hoist are arranged, so that diversification of the rising speeds of different objects hoisted at various hoisting mechanisms is met; general small articles can be quickly hoisted by using the electric hoist; the first trolley or the second trolley can be selected according to requirements of weight and mounting precision, so that the selection range is wide, and the adaptability is high; the problem that the span of lifting hooks of high and large articles such as a generator stator and a vertical coiled pipe cannot meet the hoisting requirements is solved; and the hoisting speed of small-tonnage articles is increased, and the novel bridge crane is more convenient to operate.

    本发明公开了一种新型桥式起重机,包括电动葫芦,电动葫芦和工字梁活动连接,工字梁的左右两侧设置有两组箱形梁,两组箱形梁的前后两侧焊接设置有两组端梁,同侧端梁通过端梁连接短接相连,端梁的两侧均固定安装有两组滚轮。本发明所述的一种新型桥式起重机,通过设置有第一小车、第二小车和电动葫芦,满足不同吊装在各起升机构上升速度的多元化,一般小物件使用电动葫芦可快速的起吊,可根据重量和安装精度要求选择第一小车或第二小车,选择广和适应性强,解决发电机定子和立式蛇形管等高加大型物件抬吊吊钩跨距不满足吊装要求等问题,加快小吨位物件吊装速度且操作更具便捷性。
