The anti-oblique-hoisting and anti-swing monitoring device is characterized in that the hook deflection angle is detected and displayed, specifically, a fixed pulley assembly a1 of the crane is hung on a lifting lug b2 of a lifting arm b1 through a connecting piece a3 by using a shackle a5; the other end of the connecting piece a3 is connected with the fixed pulley assembly a1 through a hinge shaft a2; the hinge shaft a2 is arranged in the direction perpendicular to the axis of a fixed pulley; an angle measuring instrument a7 is mounted on the connecting piece a3 and connected with a crane controller; and vertical hoisting or oblique hoisting monitoring is achieved through centering hoisting according to the accurately-detected real-time hook deflection angle, or swing formed during parking is eliminated through double-pulse feedforward.
