The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter material application and management, and particularly relates to a method for evaluating rain erosion resistance of a helicopter rotor bladeprotection material. The method specifically comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a helicopter rotor blade protection material test piece (100); S2, designing a test device (200), and installing the test piece (100); S3, determining a test parameter matrix, the test parameters comprising leading edge linear velocity, rainfall intensity and test temperature; S4, performing a test according to the test parameter matrix determined in the S3; and S5, evaluating test results. The method can be used for assessing the rain erosion resistance of the helicopter rotor blade protection material in a flying state, the effect which cannot be achieved by an existing traditional method at present is achieved, an assessment result can provide important support for prediction of the actual service life of the blade protection material, and the domestic blank is filled up.

    本发明属于直升机材料应用与管理技术领域,具体涉及一种直升机旋翼桨叶防护材料耐雨蚀性能评价方法。具体包括如下步骤:S1:制作直升机旋翼桨叶防护材料试验件(100);S2:设计试验装置(200),安装所述试验件(100);S3:确定试验参数矩阵,所述试验参数包括前缘线速度、降雨强度、试验温度;S4:根据所述步骤S3中确定的试验参数矩阵进行试验;S5:试验结果评价。本发明可用于考核直升机旋翼桨叶防护材料在飞行状态下的耐雨蚀性能,实现目前现有传统方法无法达到的效果,考核结果能对桨叶防护材料的实际使用寿命预测进行重要支撑,填补了国内空白。
