The invention belongs to a helicopter body structure fatigue test technology, and discloses a self-adaptive middle fuselage supporting device. The device comprises an adjusting rod, a baffle, a supporting frame, a fixed shaft sleeve, a supporting block and a locking bolt, and is characterized in that the fixed shaft sleeve is fixed on the supporting frame, the adjusting rod penetrates through thebaffle and is connected with the fixed shaft sleeve through threads, the supporting block is fixed on the fixed shaft sleeve in advance through the locking bolt, a proper supporting length is achievedby adjusting the adjusting rod, and finally the adjusting rod is locked. The device is used for helicopter middle fuselage test support boundary simulation, and can automatically adapt to support environments of different positions and different angles of a middle fuselage when being used for supporting related positions of the middle fuselage.

    本发明属于直升机机体结构疲劳试验技术,公开了一种自适应中机身支撑装置。包括调节杆、挡板、支撑架、固定轴套、支撑块、锁紧螺栓,其特征在于固定轴套固定在支撑架上,调节杆穿过挡板通过螺纹连接固定轴套,支撑块通过锁紧螺栓预先固定在固定轴套上,通过调节调节杆到达合适的支撑长度,最后锁紧调节杆。本发明用于直升机中机身试验支撑边界模拟,采用本发明装置进行支撑中机身相关位置,能够自动适应中机身不同位置不同角度的支撑环境。
