The invention belongs to the technical field of structural design of helicopters, and discloses a shaft pin type fixed horizontal tail mounting angle adjusting method for a helicopter. The angle valueof the horizontal tail mounting angle can be adjusted as required, the shoulder inclination angles of the oblique shoulder eccentric upper bushing and the oblique shoulder eccentric lower bushing andthe wall thickness of the bushings are calculated and manufactured on the premise that the concentricity of the shaft pin passing holes is guaranteed. And the concentric bushings of the equal-thickness convex shoulders at the joint of the horizontal tail of the helicopter and the helicopter body structure which are fixed in a shaft pin mode are dismantled. And chambering is carried out at the installation position of the concentric bushing with the equal-thickness shoulder, and then the eccentric bushing with the inclined shoulder is embedded. The eccentric bushing with the inclined shoulderis divided into an upper bushing and a lower bushing. The two inclined convex shoulder eccentric bushings positioned at the upper part are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the machine body; and the two inclined convex shoulder eccentric bushings positioned at the lower part are also symmetrically distributed on the two sides of the machine body. And the upper and lower inclined convex shoulder bushings on each side need to be concentric during installation, so that the shaft pin can be conveniently connected with a machine body structure through the concentric holes of the bushings.

    本发明属于直升机结构设计技术领域,公开了一种直升机轴销式固定平尾安装角调节方法,根据需要调节的平尾安装角的角度值,计算在保证轴销通过孔同心的前提下斜凸肩偏心上衬套和斜凸肩偏心下衬套的凸肩倾斜角度以及衬套的壁厚并进行制造。拆除采用轴销式固定的直升机平尾与机体结构连接处的等厚度凸肩的同心衬套。在拆除等厚度凸肩的同心衬套安装处,进行扩孔,然后镶嵌带有斜凸肩的偏心衬套。带斜凸肩的偏心衬套分上衬套和下衬套两部分。位于上面的斜凸肩偏心衬套在机身两侧对称分布,共两个;位于下面的斜凸肩偏心衬套在机身两侧也是对称分布,共两个。每一侧的上下斜凸肩衬套在安装时需要同心,便于轴销通过衬套的同心孔实现与机体结构的连接。
