The invention relates to a medium-sized unmanned aerial vehicle with a high lift-drag ratio. The medium-sized unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a vehicle body, fixed wings are installed on the two sides of the vehicle body respectively, and a V-shaped empennage is installed at the tail of the vehicle body; and the aspect ratio of the wings is 17 to 19. The unmanned aerial vehicle provided by the invention adopts a high-performance airfoil profile, specific wings and empennage are designed, and good lift-drag characteristics are achieved through selection of a wing body assembly and rectification optimization of a wing body joint; and therefore, the unmanned aerial vehicle still has high lift force during low-speed flight, and long endurance time is kept.
