The invention discloses a control system and a control method of a double-body type negative pressure adsorption wall-climbing robot. The control system mainly comprises a main control panel module, adetection module, a wireless communication module, a split type motion control module, an overturning connection module and a negative pressure adsorption module. The main control panel module is a control core and is responsible for receiving a control instruction of the wireless communication module and sending a motion control instruction to the split type motion control module, the turnover connection module and the negative pressure adsorption module; the detection module is used for starting to detect the communication condition of the wireless communication module, the initial motion state of the split type motion control module and the pressure threshold value of the negative pressure adsorption module after the system is powered on. The control system is high in modularization degree, each module is independently distributed, and assembling and disassembling are convenient; the control method is simple, the operation is flexible, and the wall surface adaptability is stronger;and the automation level of flaw detection, cleaning and other related operations on a large wall surface structure is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种双体式负压吸附爬壁机器人的控制系统及控制方法,该控制系统主要包括主控制板模块、检测模块、无线通讯模块、分体式运动控制模块、翻转连接模块和负压吸附模块;主控制板模块为控制核心,负责接受无线通讯模块的控制指令,同时发送运动控制指令到分体式运动控制模块、翻转连接模块和负压吸附模块;检测模块用于系统上电后开始检测无线通讯模块的通讯情况、分体式运动控制模块的初始运动状态和负压吸附模块的压力阈值。该控制系统模块化程度高,每一个模块独立分布,方便组装和拆卸;控制方法简单、操作灵活,壁面的适应性更强;较大地提高了在大型壁面结构上的探伤、清洗等相关作业的自动化水平。
