The invention discloses an automobile body reinforcing structure and a mounting method. The automobile body reinforcing structure comprises an A-column outer plate, an A-column roof side rail outer plate, a top cover cross beam outer plate, an A-column inner plate, an A-column roof side rail inner plate, a top cover cross beam inner plate and a tubular beam. The tubular beam is made of steel, aluminum or magnesium.
