The invention relates to the technical field of communication, and especially relates to a submarine underwater communication antenna, a submarine underwater communication system and a control methodof the communication system. The communication antenna comprises a compressed air storage tank and a buoy skin which surrounds the compressed air storage tank in a sealed mode, and the compressed airstorage tank is connected with an optical fiber connector through a breather pipe; the optical fiber connector is connected with the outer surface of the buoy skin in a sealed mode, the inner surfaceof the buoy skin is fixedly connected with an antenna feed source, and the antenna feed source is connected with the optical fiber connector through an optical fiber; when the air in the compressed air storage tank is sealed, the communication antenna is folded into a communication buoy; and when air in the compressed air storage tank is released, the communication antenna is unfolded into a dish-shaped antenna, and the system comprises a submarine, the communication antenna and an optical fiber connected with the submarine and the communication antenna. High-speed and real-time communicationis provided between the submarine in deep diving and the land-based headquarters.
