The invention discloses a sealing structure on a power supply system, and aims to provide a sealing structure of a power supply system of a hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV). The sealing structure is high in assembly efficiency, excellent in sealing performance and capable of reducing the production cost. The sealing structure comprises a supporting beam, a bolt, a nut, a battery pack skin and a battery pack mounting bracket which are used for fixing the battery module, through holes for accommodating rod parts of the bolt are formed in the supporting beam, the battery pack skin and the battery pack mounting bracket, and the head part of the bolt is arranged between the supporting beam and the battery module; and a pressing block arranged on the outer side of the bolt rod portion in a sleeving mode is arranged between the head portion of the bolt and the supporting beam, the top face of the pressing block is attached to the head portion of the bolt, an annular groove located in the through hole of the supporting beam is formed in the bottom of the pressing block, and an O-shaped sealing ring tightly attached to the inner side wall of the battery pack skin and the bolt rod portion is arranged in the annular groove. By the adoption of the design, boss features do not need to be stamped on the battery pack skin, production procedures are reduced, and the cost is reduced.
