A single-module integrated structure lithium battery pack comprises a shell, a protection plate is connected in the shell, and the protection plate divides the internal space of the shell into a lowerbin part and an upper bin part; a bracket connected to the shell is arranged in the lower bin part, a plurality of lithium battery mounting positions in a rectangular array are arranged on the bracket, and a lithium battery cell is mounted on each lithium battery mounting position; the lithium battery cells are subjected to series-parallel logic grouping according to output requirements, series-parallel connection points of the lithium battery cells are in spot welding connection through a plurality of nickel-plated steel belt connecting pieces, and the nickel-plated steel belt connecting pieces are connected to sampling bonding pads arranged on a protection plate. According to the invention, each lithium battery cell is logically realized into a single module through the nickel-plated steel strip connecting sheet, and is directly connected with the protection plate, so that the existing wiring harness and flat cable connecting mode is abandoned, and the short-circuit risk is reduced;and compared with the traditional flat cable sampling, the whole structure is neater and simpler, manufacturing is simpler and more convenient, and the production efficiency is improved.

    一种单模组一体式结构锂电池组,包括壳体,壳体内连接保护板,保护板将壳体内部空间分为下仓部和上仓部两部分;下仓部内设置有连接在壳体上的支架,支架上设置有矩形阵列的多个锂电池安装位,每个锂电池安装位上安装有一个锂电池电芯;锂电池电芯依据输出需要进行串联并联逻辑分组,其串并连接点通过多个镀镍钢带连接片点焊连接,镀镍钢带连接片连接至保护板上设置的采样焊盘上。本发明将锂电池电芯通过镀镍钢带连接片逻辑实现为单个模组,并与保护板直接连接,摈弃了现有的线束、排线连接方式,降低了短路风险;整体结构相比传统排线采样更整齐节俭,制作更简单方便,提高了生产效率。
