The invention provides an expressway vehicle self-weight measuring and calculating method and device, electronic equipment and a readable storage medium. The vehicle self-weight measuring and calculating method comprises the steps of: acquiring the historical collected total vehicle weight of vehicles, dividing the total vehicle weight into a plurality of weight intervals, and dividing the plurality of weight intervals into a plurality of class intervals, so as to enable a preset loss function to meet a preset minimization requirement; and then acquiring a target class interval from the plurality of class intervals, and calculating according to the total weight of the vehicles contained in the target class interval to obtain a vehicle self-weight mean value of the plurality of vehicles. According to the expressway vehicle self-weight measuring and calculating method and the device, the collected total vehicle weight is utilized, the target class interval capable of representing that the vehicle is in an empty state is segmented by adopting an ordered clustering and optimal segmentation method, and then the vehicle self-weight mean value is obtained based on the information of the target class interval. Thus, the vehicle self-weight mean value is calculated based on the actually collected information, the vehicle state under the actual condition is met, and the problem that thevehicle self-weight mean value obtained directly based on the delivery information does not conform to the actual condition is avoided.

    本申请提供一种高速公路车辆自重测算方法、装置、电子设备和可读存储介质,通过获取历史采集到的各个车辆的车辆总重,将车辆总重划分为多个重量区间,再将多个重量区间划分为多个类区间以使得预设损失函数满足预设最小化要求。然后从多个类区间中获得目标类区间,根据目标类区间中包含的车辆总重测算得到多个车辆的车辆自重均值。本方案中,利用采集到的车辆总重,并采用有序聚类和最优分割的方法,分割出其中能够表征车辆处于空车状态下的目标类区间,进而基于该目标类区间的信息得到车辆自重均值。如此,基于实际采集到的信息测算得到车辆自重均值,符合实际情况下车辆状态,避免直接基于出厂信息得到车辆自重均值存在的与实际情况不符的问题。
