The invention discloses a method for recovering arrearage of a roadside parking vehicle through an ETC system, and the method comprises the steps: installing vertical rods at all traffic nodes of a city, installing ETC detection equipment on the vertical rods, and enabling a detection region of the ETC detection equipment to cover all lanes of a road; erecting a parking detection system at a roadside charging berth, and detecting the parking-in/parking-out condition of the vehicle berth; erecting a background management system in wireless connection with the parking detection system on a cloudnetwork, and receiving vehicle parking-in/parking-out information uploaded by the parking detection system to form a vehicle list; by the background management system, transmitting the vehicle bill to ETC detection equipment of each road node to form an ETC fee deduction vehicle bill list; and by the ETC detection equipment, detecting vehicles passing through the road, reading license plate information of the vehicles and directly carrying out ETC fee deduction on the vehicles. According to the method, ETC equipment is installed at traffic nodes such as all crossroads and main roads of highways or cities, automatic fee deduction is carried out on passing parking arrearage vehicles through ETC, and the purpose of vehicle arrearage recovery is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种通过ETC系统对路边泊车车辆欠费追缴的方法,该方法是在城市各个交通节点安装立杆,立杆上安装ETC检测设备,使ETC检测设备的检测区域覆盖道路各个车道;在道路路边收费泊位架设泊车检测系统,检测车辆泊位的泊入/泊出情况;在云端网络架设与泊车检测系统无线连接的后台管理系统,接收泊车检测系统上传的车辆泊入/泊出信息,形成车单;后台管理系统将车单传送至各道路节点的ETC检测设备,形成ETC扣费车单列表;ETC检测设备对道路通行车辆进行检测,读取车辆的车牌信息,直接对车辆进行ETC扣费。该方法通过在高速路或城市各个十字路口、主干道等交通节点安装ETC设备,通过ETC对经过的泊车欠费车辆进行自动扣费,达到车辆欠费追缴的目的。
