The invention discloses a parking lot visual navigation method based on virtual reality, and relates to the field of parking lot navigation, and the method comprises the steps: photographing each position of a parking lot through a photographing device, quickly building a parking lot 3D map model according to a picture photographed by the photographing device, and marking parking spaces and entrances and exits in the parking lot; connecting a camera device to a 3D map model and performing updating to realize a real-time state, then inputting the 3D map model into a visual navigation carrier, updating the 3D map model in real time through the camera device, and rapidly determining the position of an empty parking space through the 3D map model after the empty parking space is allocated to auser. Each user quickly finds a parking space under the guidance of visual navigation carriers such as VR glasses, a smartphone APP, a WeChat applet and a vehicle-mounted display screen, and when themethod is used, navigation images seen by each user are different, so that each user does not need to be responded and indicated on hardware. And the situation that a plurality of vehicles scramble for one empty parking space at the same time can be effectively avoided.
