The invention discloses a full-automatic anti-tipping device of a crane. The full-automatic anti-tipping device comprises supporting legs, hydraulic rods, a supporting mechanism, a fixing rod, a sliding rod, a telescopic spring, a fixing shaft, a clamping block, a rubber block, an abutting spring and an abutting mechanism. The full-automatic anti-tipping device has the advantages that the four supporting legs are detachably and fixedly connected with the four corners of the crane, under cooperation of the four hydraulic rods, the crane can be supported and stabilized, and the crane is prevented from rolling over; meanwhile, by pulling the sliding rod, the bottom of the sliding rod is clamped with the clamping block on the bottom side of the hydraulic rod, and under the action of the fixingshaft and the rubber block, the sliding rod is tightly clamped and is not prone to loosening, then under the action of the abutting mechanism, the sliding rod and the inside of the fixing rod cannotslide, and the supporting and reinforcing effects between the hydraulic rods and the supporting legs are achieved; and when the fixing rod is not used, the abutting mechanism is driven to store the sliding rod, then the fixing rod is rotated, and the fixing rod and the sliding rod are stored.

    本发明公开了一种吊车的全自动防倾翻装置,包括支撑脚、液压杆、支撑机构、固定杆、滑杆、伸缩弹簧、固定轴、卡块、橡胶块、抵触弹簧、抵触机构。本发明的有益效果是:四个支撑脚与吊车的四角可拆卸固定连接,在四个液压杆的配合下从而有利于对吊车进行进行支撑稳定,防止吊车侧翻,同时通过抽动滑杆,使滑杆底部与液压杆底侧的卡块卡合,在固定轴和橡胶块的作用下使滑杆卡合紧密不易松动,然后在抵触机构的作用下使滑杆与固定杆内部无法滑动,利于对液压杆和支撑脚之间起到了支撑加固的作用,当不使用固定杆时,通过驱动抵触机构收纳滑杆,然后转动固定杆,使固定杆和滑杆进行收纳存放。
