The invention discloses an auxiliary braking system for a crane, and relates to the field of crane equipment. The auxiliary braking system comprises a crane guide rail, a main crane and auxiliary cranes, wherein the main crane is connected to the crane guide rail in a walking mode, lifting equipment is arranged below the main crane, and the two sides of the main crane are connected with the auxiliary cranes through connecting rod sets. The auxiliary braking system has the beneficial effects that when preparation before lifting is carried out, telescopic rods of electromagnetic hydraulic cylinders are controlled to extend, under the linkage of the connecting rod sets, the two auxiliary cranes are controlled to extend towards the two outer sides of the main crane, moreover, the main crane and the auxiliary cranes are linked by sliding rods, so that stress points are dispersed, stress concentration on the crane guide rail is reduced, and the service life of the crane guide rail is prolonged; and the telescopic rods of push-pull type electromagnets are controlled to extend until a top disc abuts against the bottom of the crane guide rail, static braking is carried out on the auxiliarycranes, so that the main crane is prevented from deviating when goods are lifted.

    本发明公开了一种行吊车用的辅助制动系统,涉及到行吊设备领域,包括行车导轨、主行车以及辅助行车,主行车行走连接在行车导轨上,主行车的下方设有提升设备,主行车的两侧通过连杆组连接有辅助行车,有益效果:本发明进行提升前准备时,通过控制电磁液压缸的伸缩杆伸长,在连杆组的联动下,控制两个辅助行车向主行车的两外侧延伸,且主行车和辅助行车在滑杆的联动下,分散了受力点,降低了对行车导轨的应力集中,延长行车导轨的使用寿命;通过控制推拉式电磁铁的伸缩杆伸长,直至顶盘与行车导轨的底部相抵触,对辅助行车进行静制动,防止主行车在进行提升货物时发生偏移。
