The invention discloses an intelligent dispatching and commanding system for an escalator. The system comprises a plurality of voice recognition devices, a loudspeaker, a display device and a monitoring device, wherein voice recognition subsystems are integrated on the voice recognition devices, and a fault monitoring subsystem, a passenger flow volume monitoring subsystem, an environment monitoring subsystem and a fire safety subsystem are integrated on the monitoring device; the display device and the monitoring device are located above the escalator; the voice recognition subsystems are used for realizing direct interaction with passengers; the fault monitoring subsystem is used for realizing escalator fault monitoring; the passenger flow volume monitoring subsystem is used for identifying passenger flow volume in a station; the environment monitoring subsystem is used for monitoring the temperature and humidity of the surrounding environment; and the fire safety subsystem is used for switching off the escalator and guiding passengers to evacuate when a fire safety problem occurs. The intelligent dispatching and commanding system for the escalator has voice recognition and imageprocessing functions, interacts in the form of voice or displays in the form of images, and ensures that passengers can take the escalator safely, quickly and intelligently.

    本发明公开了一种自动扶梯智能调度指挥系统,包括语音识别装置、喇叭、显示装置和监测装置,语音识别装置上集成有语音识别子系统,监测装置上集成有故障监测子系统、客流量监测子系统、环境监测子系统和消防安全子系统;语音识别装置设置有多个;所述显示装置和监测装置位于所述自动扶梯的上方;语音识别子系统用于实现与乘客的直接互动;故障监测子系统用于实现自动扶梯故障监测;客流监测子系统用于识别站内客流量;环境监测子系统用于周围环境的温湿度监测;消防安全子系统用于在发生消防安全问题时关闭自动扶梯及引导乘客疏散。本发明具有语音识别和图像处理功能,并以语音形式互动或者图像的形式显示,保证乘客安全、快捷、智能地乘梯。
