The invention discloses an autonomous navigation solar nano aeration unmanned ship, which belongs to the technical field of water pollution treatment, and comprises an unmanned ship body, an unmannedship power cabin, a solar power supply system and a nano aeration system, a mounting groove is formed in the unmanned ship body, the unmanned ship power cabin is arranged in the mounting groove, and the unmanned ship power cabin provides power for a propeller of the unmanned ship and controls the direction of a rudder through a controller. The solar power supply system comprises a solar photovoltaic cell panel and power storage equipment which are arranged in the mounting groove; the power storage equipment is communicated with the unmanned ship power cabin and the nano aeration system; and the nano aeration system comprises an aeration water tank independently arranged below the unmanned ship body, an aeration pipe is arranged in the aeration water tank, the nano aeration system further comprises an aeration pump arranged in the mounting groove, the aeration pump is connected with the aeration pipe through a connecting pipe, water enters the aeration water tank through water inlets inthe two sides, and the aeration water tank is communicated with the mounting groove through water outlets in the two sides. And water flows out through a tail cover at the tail end of the aeration water tank after passing through the aeration pipe.
