The invention belongs to the field of dock equipment, and particularly discloses an inverted T-shaped dock gate external bubble anti-freezing system which comprises a filter, a drying machine, an aircompressor, an air storage tank, a pressure detection device, an underwater anti-icing working device, a centralized control valve bank and an upper computer. On the basis of bubble theoretical research, the bubble generator is used for generating a continuous bubble group meeting the requirement for forming a flow field underwater, the bubble group moves upwards under the action of initial speedand buoyancy to drive a water body around the bubble group to flow in the vertical direction, and the flow field of local circulation is formed; water flowing in the flow field is not easy to generatecrystals (ice nucleuses) or destroy the generated crystals (ice nucleuses), and water without crystals (ice nucleuses) is not frozen even in a supercooled state, i.e., the water surface in the rangeof the flow field is not frozen. Therefore, damage to the dock gate caused by ice damage such as static ice pressure, ice pulling force and ice climbing is eliminated, and safe use of the dock gate under the extremely cold weather condition in winter is guaranteed.
本发明属于船坞设备领域,具体公开了一种倒T型坞门外部气泡防冰冻系统,包括过滤器、干燥机、空压机、储气罐、压力检测装置、水下防冰工作装置、集控阀组和上位机。本发明在气泡理论研究的基础上,利用气泡发生器在水下发生符合形成流场要求的连续的气泡群,气泡群在初速度以及浮力作用下向上运动,带动气泡群周围水体产生沿竖向流动、形成局部环流的流场,流场内流动的水不易生成结晶体(冰核)、或破坏掉已生成的结晶体(冰核),没有结晶体(冰核)的水即使在过冷状态下也不会结冰,即流场范围内的水面不会结冰。从而消除了静冰压力、冰拔力以及冰爬等冰害对坞门造成破坏,确保坞门在冬季极寒天气状况下的安全使用。
