The trapezoidal plates are hinged to the polygonal plate and a sliding block, a motor drives a transmission structure to enable the sliding block to slide in a guide rail, and opening and retracting actions of the flow guide cover are achieved. When the detection equipment is withdrawn, the air guide sleeve is also withdrawn and clings to the bottom of the ship without influencing the navigability of the ship.
