The invention discloses a detachable towed body structure for underwater towed equipment. The detachable towed body structure comprises a detachable towed body shell, an internal steel framework, a towed equipment base, a stern stabilizing wing, a movable towed head and an adjusting rudder, the detachable towed body shell is arranged on the internal steel framework through a fastener, the movabletowed head is arranged at the upper part of the internal steel framework, the towing equipment base is fixed in the internal steel framework, the stern stabilizing wing is connected with the internalsteel framework, and the adjusting rudder is arranged on the stern stabilizing wing. By arranging the detachable shell, the maintenance and repair of the equipment are facilitated, and the support-ability is improved; the composite material shell not only can meet the sound transmission requirement of towing equipment, but also effectively reduces the weight of the towed body structure; the towedhead and the adjusting rudder are moved to ensure that the posture of the towed body is kept relatively stable at different depths and speeds.
