The invention relates to a medium-low speed maglev turnout lock pin anti-rotation device and a lock pin anti-rotation method, which can counteract the rotation torque, do not influence the forward andbackward movement of the lock pin, and do not reduce the strength of the lock pin at the same time. An electric push rod is installed on a turnout beam through a connecting bracket, a locking pin isinstalled on the turnout beam through a guide sleeve, and a locking pin box is installed on the ground. The electric push rod pushes the locking pin into the locking pin box on the ground to fix the turnout beam at the position where the locking pin box is located. The locking pin is provided with a locking pin anti-rotation device which transmits the rotating torque on the locking pin to the turnout beam. The medium-low speed maglev turnout lock pin anti-rotation device has the advantages that: 1, due to the design of the anti-rotation device, the positions of the limit switch collision blockand the locking device are well fixed, the electric push rod is protected from the action of torque generated by the lock pin, and the service life of the electric push rod is prolonged; and secondly, the function requirement of the high-reliability turnout continuous operation locking device is met, the failure rate of the locking device is greatly reduced, and the satisfaction rate of a user onthe turnout is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种能抵消掉转动扭矩,又不影响锁销前后移动,同时不会降低锁销强度的中低速磁浮道岔锁销防转装置及锁销防转方法,电动推杆通过连接支架、锁销通过导向套安装在道岔梁上,锁销箱安装在地上,电动推杆推动锁销进入地上的锁销箱,将道岔梁固定在锁销箱所在的位置,在锁销上设有锁销防转装置,锁销防转装置将锁销上的旋转扭矩传递到道岔梁上。优点:一是防转装置设计,不仅限位开关撞块和锁定装置的位置得到了很好的固定,而且保护了电动推杆不受到锁销产生的扭矩的作用,提高了电动推杆的使用寿命;二是实现了高可靠道岔连续运转锁定装置功能的要求,极大地降低锁定装置的故障率,大大提高用户对道岔的满意率。
