The invention provides a tank truck whole vehicle mass dynamic estimation method based on plate spring deformation. The method comprises the following steps: defining parameters for estimating the whole vehicle mass and an acquisition mode thereof, designing a typical driving scene of a tank truck, carrying out a real car test to obtain sample information, fitting a function expression of resistance of a resistance strain gauge and the whole vehicle mass by using an LS-SVM (Least Square Support Vector Machine), and finally, realizing dynamic estimation of the tank truck whole vehicle mass based on the fitted function expression. The method utilizes the resistance induction plate spring deformation to estimate the tank truck whole vehicle mass, and is convenient to operate and convenient for engineering use. Meanwhile, the influence of the mass center position of the tank car is reflected through different deformation degrees of the plate springs on the two sides, and errors caused by shaking to whole vehicle mass estimation are reduced.

    本发明提出了一种基于板簧形变的罐车整车质量动态估计方法,首先明确用于估计整车质量的参数及其获取方式,然后设计罐车典型行驶场景并开展实车试验获得样本信息,然后利用LS‑SVM拟合电阻应变片电阻与整车质量的函数表达式,最后基于拟合出的函数表达式实现罐车整车质量的动态估计。该方法利用电阻感应板簧形变来估计罐车整车质量,操作方便,便于工程使用。同时通过两侧板簧形变程度的不同体现出罐车质心位置的影响,减小晃动对整车质量估计产生的误差。
