The invention discloses a cylindrical battery thermal management module based on a pulsating heat pipe. Single batteries are arranged in an array to form a battery array, gaps are formed between adjacent single batteries and are filled with heat conductors, the heat conductors are attached to the surfaces of the single batteries, and the pulsating heat pipe penetrates through the heat conductors up and down in a vertical pipe form. All the vertical pipes in the battery array are orderly connected and are connected with the heat exchange pipes to form a closed pulsating heat pipe circulation loop based on the pulsating heat pipes, so that heat transfer among the pulsating heat pipes, the heat conductors and the single batteries is realized; the heat exchange pipes are arranged in the heat exchange cavity, the heat exchange cavity is provided with an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are mutually independent, the upper cavity can be communicated with an external cold source, and thelower cavity can be communicated with an external heat source. By combining the heat conductors with the pulsating heat pipe, rapid heating or rapid heat dissipation of the power battery pack is realized, the heat transfer rate and temperature uniformity of thermal management of the power battery pack are effectively improved, and shock absorption and inhibition of thermal runaway expansion of thepower battery can be realized.

    本发明公开了一种基于脉动热管的圆柱电池热管理模块,是将各单体电池呈阵列排布形成电池阵,相邻单体电池之间形成有空隙,空隙中填充导热体,导热体与单体电池表面贴合,脉动热管在导热体中以竖管的形式上下贯穿,电池阵中所有竖管有序相连并与换热管相连形成封闭的基于脉动热管的脉动热管循环回路,实现热量在脉动热管、导热体和单体电池之间的传递;换热管设置在换热腔内,换热腔具有相互独立的上腔和下腔,上腔能够与外部冷源相连通,下腔能够与外部热源相连通。本发明以导热体及其与脉动热管的结合,实现了对动力电池组的快速加热或快速散热,有效提升动力电池组热管理的传热速率和温度均匀性,并能实现减震及抑制动力电池热失控扩展。
