The invention discloses portal crane control equipment capable of being remotely monitored in real time. The equipment comprises an operation table body, a monitoring mechanism and a heat dissipationmechanism, a supporting base is arranged on the lower end face of the operation table body, mounting grooves are formed in the two sides of the lower end face of the supporting base, and a plurality of rolling wheels are movably arranged in the mounting grooves; and a hexagonal positioning block is arranged on one side, outside the mounting groove, of each rolling wheel. The equipment is simple instructure and reasonable in design, can reliably complete data transmission in real time, monitors and feeds back the cart running state of the portal crane, the state of each sensor and the runningstate of each component, enables maintenance workers to remotely monitor the running state of equipment without going to the site, and make a corresponding treatment in time when a problem occurs; meanwhile, the whole equipment is convenient to move and fix, is suitable for outdoor use, can continuously dissipate heat and cool, and ensures that the equipment can stably operate under the conditionof outdoor high temperature and stable ground.

    本发明公开一种可远程实时监测的门机控制设备,包括操作台本体、监控机构和散热机构组成,所述操作台本体的下端面行设置有支撑底座,所述支撑底座的下端面的两侧均设置有安装槽,所述安装槽的内部活动设置有若干个滚轮,所述滚轮在安装槽外部的一侧设置有六边形定位块。本发明结构简单,设计合理,能够实时、可靠地完成数据传输,对门机的大车运行状况、各个传感器的状态以及各个元器件的运行状态进行监控反馈,使得维护的工人不需要去现场就可以远程监控设备运行状态,出现问题时能及时作出相应的处理,同时设备整体方便移动固定,适用于户外的使用,并且可以持续的进行散热降温,保证在户外高温稳地情况设备可以稳定运行。
