The invention discloses a method for laying a submarine pipeline. The method comprises the following steps that an equipment body is fixed and drives a pipe body to move to a preset foundation ditch;a discharging bin conducts discharging through a discharging pipe, and first-time discharging is conducted on the foundation ditch; a lower bin slides towards the other end of a rack, so that a discharging and tamping device slides while discharging; the equipment body is lifted upwards, a telescopic hydraulic cylinder is driven to contract, movable supporting legs are folded, and the equipment body is supported on a material pile formed by first-time discharging; according to a trough formed by material piles formed on the two sides through first-time discharging, a hydraulic cylinder is adjusted to drive a sliding part to slide, and pipe body adjusting devices at the two ends of the rack are matched to adjust the position and angle of the pipe body; a lifting belt is unfastened, and thepipe body is placed in the trough formed by the material piles formed through first-time discharging; the discharging bin carries out discharging again, and secondary discharging is carried out on thetwo sides of the pipe body; and a discharging sliding device drives the lower bin to slide towards the other end of the rack again, and laying of the pipe body is completed. According to the method,pipeline installation is accurate, and the locking effect is good.

    一种铺设海底管道的方法,包括以下步骤:设备本体固定并带动管体移动至预设的基槽上;下料仓通过下料管进行下料,在基槽上进行第一次下料;下仓向机架的另一端滑动,使得下料夯实装置一边滑动一边下料;设备本体向上提升,驱动伸缩液压缸收缩,将活动支撑脚收起,设备本体支撑在第一次下料形成的料堆上;根据第一次下料两侧料堆形成的料槽,调节液压缸带动滑动部滑动,机架两端的管体调节装置配合,调整管体的位置、角度;解开吊装带,将管体放置在第一下料料堆形成的料槽;下料仓再次进行下料,在管体的两侧进行第二次下料;下料滑动装置再次带动下仓向机架的另一端滑动,完成管体的铺设。本发明管道安装准确,锁固效果好。
