A solid cold air generator structure for a space propulsion system comprises an igniter, a backing ring, a filter screen, a supporting ring assembly, a grain component, a shell and a U-shaped bottom cover; one end of the igniter extends out from the interior of the shell to the top and is in threaded connection with the backing ring; the outer wall of the igniter is sleeved with the filter screen;the grain component, the supporting ring assembly and the shell are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, and the U-shaped bottom cover and the inner wall of the shell are welded and fixed; aplurality of circular exhaust holes are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the top of the shell; the outer wall of the grain component is not in contact with the inner wall of the shell to guide gas; and a plurality of notches are machined inwards in the outer wall of the U-shaped bottom cover in the radial direction. According to the solid cold air generator structure, theignition end is used for main exhaust, the gas circulation performance is good, and heat generated by combustion of high-combustion-speed powder is used for maintaining work of other low-combustion-speed gas generating agents.

    一种空间推进系统用固体冷气发生器结构,包括:点火器、垫环、过滤网、支撑环组件、药柱部件、壳体、U型底盖。点火器的一端由壳体的内部向顶部伸出,并与垫环通过螺纹连接;点火器的外壁套装有过滤网;药柱部件、支撑环组件和壳体由内至外依次套装,U型底盖和壳体的内壁之间焊接固定;壳体顶部周向均布有多个圆形排气孔;药柱部件外壁与壳体内壁之间不接触,导流气体;U型底盖的外壁上沿径向向内加工有多个缺口。本发明结构点火端主排气,气体流通性好,利用高燃速药燃烧产生的热量维持其余低燃速产气剂工作。
