The invention provides an anti-falling safety device for a tower crane. The anti-falling safety device comprises a tower body, a tower cap, a control box, a front tower frame, a rear tower frame and aspeed measuring mechanism, wherein the tower cap is fixed to the upper end face of the tower body; the front tower frame is fixed to the front end face of the tower cap; the rear tower frame is fixedto the rear end face of the tower cap; the control box is arranged on the upper surface of the front tower frame; an intelligent processing chip is arranged in the control box; a control circuit board is arranged in the control box; the speed measuring mechanism is arranged on the front end face of the tower cap; a first electric push rod is arranged on the front end face of the tower cap; and asecond electric push rod is arranged on the front end face of the tower cap. Compared with the prior art, the anti-falling safety device has the following beneficial effects that by additionally arranging the intelligent processing chip, the control circuit board, the speed measuring mechanism, a first clamping piece and a second clamping piece, when a brake fails, the brake can be judged throughspeed measurement, so that the first clamping piece and the second clamping piece are controlled to conduct emergency braking, the safety below the crane is guaranteed, and the accident losses are reduced.

    本发明提供一种塔式起重机防坠安全器,包括:塔身、塔帽、控制箱、前塔架、后塔架以及测速机构,塔身的上端面固定有塔帽,塔帽的前端面固定有前塔架,塔帽的后端面固定有后塔架,前塔架的上表面安装有控制箱,控制箱内部安装有智能处理芯片,控制箱内部安装有控制电路板,塔帽前端面安装有测速机构,塔帽前端面安装有一号电推动杆,塔帽前端面安装有二号电推动杆,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:通过增加智能处理芯片、控制电路板、测速机构、一号夹紧片以及二号夹紧片,实现当制动器失效时,可以通过测速判断制动器实现从而控制一号夹紧片和二号夹紧片进行紧急制动,从而保证了起重机下方的安全,并且减小事故损失。
