The invention provides a hoisting device and method for overhauling a Kaplan turbine. The hoisting device comprises a hoisting mechanism, chain blocks and buttresses, wherein the hoisting mechanism isconnected with a main shaft and used for lifting the main shaft and a runner; a support cover is connected to the hoisting mechanism through the chain blocks; and the buttresses are mounted on the top cover. The hoisting method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, the whole turbine is lifted upwards, the support cover is supported through the buttresses, and then the main shaft and the runnerdescend, so that a certain distance is kept between the runner and the support cover to facilitate subsequent disassembly of the runner. Compared with an existing hoisting method, the hoisting methodhas the advantages that the chain blocks only play lifting and maintaining roles in the lifting process, so that compared with an existing mode of lifting the support cover through lifting of the chain blocks and then disassembling the runner, the chain blocks do not need to be lifted by many people, manpower is saved, the time for mounting the buttresses is shorter than the time for pulling thechain blocks upwards, the cost is lower, and the hoisting time is shortened.

    本发明提供了一种用于检修轴流转桨式水轮机的吊装装置及方法,其中吊装装置包括起重机构、手拉葫芦和支墩;起重机构与主轴连接,用于将主轴和转轮升高;手拉葫芦将支持盖连接到起重机构上;支墩安装在顶盖上。吊装方法是先将水轮机整体向上提升后在通过支墩支撑支持盖,然后将主轴与转轮下降,使得转轮与支持盖之间保持一定距离方便后续拆除转轮。相比于现有的吊装方法本申请在提升过程中手拉葫芦只起到了提升保持的作用,这样相对于现有的通过手拉葫芦上升将支持盖上升后在拆除转轮的方式,就不要很多人将手拉葫芦提升节约了人力,安装支墩的时间相比于向上拉动手拉葫芦的时间相对较短,成本较低,因此缩短了吊装时间。
