The invention discloses a hoisting device for machining mechanical equipment, and relates to the technical field of hoisting devices. The hoisting device comprises four supporting columns, wherein a mounting plate is fixedly mounted at the tops of the four supporting columns, a sliding groove is formed in the top of the mounting plate, a limiting groove is formed in the inner bottom wall of the sliding groove in a penetrating mode, a sliding block is slidably connected to the interior of the sliding groove, a mounting block is fixedly mounted at the top of the sliding block, a threaded throughgroove is formed in the middle of the mounting block in a penetrating mode, a lead screw is in threaded connection with the interior of the threaded through groove, supporting plates are fixedly mounted on the two sides of the mounting plate correspondingly, and limiting bearings are fixedly mounted at the two ends, extending out of the supporting plates, of the lead screw correspondingly. The hoisting device solves the problem that an existing hoisting device for machining the mechanical equipment is prone to damaging precision parts when hoisting the precision parts, is stable in hoisting process, is not prone to toppling or falling off, avoids unnecessary loss and improves the machining efficiency.

    本发明公开了一种机械设备加工用的吊装装置,包括四个支柱,所述四个支柱的顶部固定安装有安装板,所述安装板的顶部开设有滑槽,所述滑槽的内底壁上贯穿开设有限位槽,所述滑槽的内部滑动连接有滑块,所述滑块的顶部固定安装有安装块,所述安装块的中部贯穿开设有螺纹通槽,所述螺纹通槽的内部螺纹连接有丝杆,所述安装板的两侧均固定安装有支撑板,所述丝杆延伸至支撑板外部的两端均固定安装有限位轴承。本发明涉及吊装装置技术领域,解决了现有机械设备加工用的吊装装置在吊装精密零件时容易损坏精密零件的问题,同时吊装过程稳定,且不易发生倾倒或掉落现象,避免了不必要的损失,提升了加工效率。
