The invention relates to a fire-fighting and rescue mechanical platform for a high-rise building. An elevator shaft serves as a fire-fighting access for going in and out vertically and directly reaches a firing floor, and an elevator steel cable serves as a climbing support or a safety device for preventing falling. Wall surfaces or four wall corners of the elevator shaft are used for climbing, extending, supporting or preventing falling, and an elevator guide rail can also be used for ascending and descending. A mechanical platform is provided with a telescopic power wheel capable of adaptingto a wall surface. The safety device for preventing falling is one or more clamping tenons capable of popping up, the clamping tenons can be inserted into a wall body so as to be clamped when poppingup, and mechanical falling is prevented. The other method for preventing falling is that a tension limiter is arranged on the elevator steel cable and the guide rail, and when falling occurs, the tension limiter can block the steel cable to prevent falling.

    一种高层建筑消防和救援机械平台,把电梯丼作为上下进出的消防通道,直达着火楼层,利用电梯钢索作为攀延支撑或防止下坠的保险。利用电梯丼的墙面或四个墙角进行攀延支撑或防止下坠的保险,也可借用电梯导轨上下。一种机械平台,有可适应墙面的伸缩的动力轮。防止下坠的保险是一根或多根可弹出的卡榫,卡榫弹出时会插入墙体卡住,阻止机械下坠。另一个防止下坠的办法是在电梯钢索和导轨上装设拉力限制器,发生下坠时,拉力限制器会卡死钢索,防止下坠。
